Setting up, and sustaining, our weekly rhythm is as much about energy as it is time and to-do’s.

And, as per the saying, where our attention goes, our energy flows.

Getting the ideal balance is critical if we are to make progress on the work that matters.

How much attention is on the important over the urgent?

How do we make time for connection and communication?

How do we maintain energy for thinking, and deep work?

We can dream the dream, identify what we want, and state our intentions.

And, by building an achievable, and sustainable, way of working, we give ourselves the best chance to get there.
