With about 6 - 10 thoughts running through our heads every minute, there are many opportunities in work and life to tell ourselves a good story.

It’s worthwhile tuning in to them and asking, how helpful is this story?

And, if the answer is ‘not so much’, it’s your story and you get to write the ending.

Now, that’s the coolest story of all, don’t you agree.
