Change Workout

What’s on your change workout plan?

I listen to my son’s discuss their workout routines and the improvements they’re seeing. Of course, spending time on our leg workout will strengthen our leg muscles. A cardio workout will improve our fitness.

Use it, or lose it, as the saying goes.

Our ability and comfort with change is the same.

When we include activities to strengthen our change muscles, we see improvements in our ability to navigate uncertainty and complexity, to seize opportunities and experiment with ideas, to ‘fail’ and to try again. We see better adaptability, flexibility and change.
