Bouncing Around
Bouncing around.
How many balls are bouncing around in your work and life right now?
It seems most people I speak with are feeling the pressure of too many bouncing balls. And, when they are all bouncing around your brain at the one time it can leave you feeling scattered, overwhelmed and exhausted.
When we are able to slow ourselves down,
pause, or
stop,
we can find our way to a less frenetic way of being,
replenish our energy and focus,
and get back on track.
It’s physics,
common sense, and
a general human need,
to take a deep breath, calm ourselves,
and see the bouncing balls become still.
