Blossom By Blossom

There are lessons in persistence everywhere.

Many of which exist in nature.

The early days of spring here have been far from spring-like. The winter-like conditions may not be conducive to the emergence of new life on the bare-branched trees in my garden, yet each day I’ve observed one new blossom emerge.

They persist.

Reminding us that to make progress regardless of the situation, we might just need to say:

It’s time, and I’m doing it anyway.

Blossom by blossom, the trees change before my eyes.

Which makes me curious, how might we use these lessons in persistence to make our own change happen?
