Better Is Better

Practice makes better.

Better.

Better is better.

The realisation that we don’t need it to be perfect, and we don’t need to be burdened by an expectation of perfect.

Practice leads to progress, and improvement, and is well researched as a determinant of high performance in many different fields.

Perhaps it is timely to take a deep breath and drop the expectations of perfect. Ask yourself, where am I making progress and what does better look like?

Change is happening, and to keep practicing is key.
