Begin Again

“I’m done …”

These words were lamenting the speed at which the first three months have disappeared, along with their hope and intentions for the year.

I get it.

It can feel hopeless when the calendar turns to another month and our progress has been slow.

But it’s way to early for defeat.

What if we look at the new month as a new opportunity?

Time to take stock,

Time to leverage the progress we have made, and/or

Time to start again.

One of the world’s beacons of hope, Jane Goodall, turns 90 tomorrow and in her words, “hope is a survival trait”.

So, I hope you’re not done. Instead I hope you have just begun.
