Always Time

My friend and I exchanged laughs about how time can feel at this time of year (or anytime, really!). Behind any good meme is a commonly shared feeling.

This particular meme resonates as many of us place a lot of expectation on January’s shoulders. We are starting anew, we are setting new intentions … goals … [insert whatever word we’re using these days 😉], and we are trying to hold on to the holiday feel.

It can feel as though we’ve been at this push and pull of January FOR-EV-ER, and simultaneously that we’ve just begun.

However you feel about the year so far, the good thing is that there is always time - and permission - to take a breath. Reset. Rethink. Restart.
