A Minute or 15…

Tick. Tick. Tick. Time is always ticking.

We often use time as a reason for why we struggle to make progress on a goal, project or change.

I hear it (and have said it) far too often something along the lines of:

I want to do _________ but I’m not sure where I’ll find the time.

And, of course, it is those times when we reframe our relationship with time that can make a huge difference.

What if you were to use 15 minutes every day to work on that goal, project or change?

15 minutes a day becomes over 90 hours in a year.

Oh, what a difference that could make, don’t you agree?
