Self care is the foundation of self discipline.
When the pillars of self care are strong, it is much easier to maintain habits and practices.
Our self care needs vary as much as we do. For me, the key pillars are:
✅ Sleep,
✅ Movement,
✅ Nourishment, and
✅ Connection.
When I have the right amount of the right kind of each of these, I have more energy, focus and enthusiasm for my work, and life.
