Zero Days
Zero days are no-no days.
When we say no to having a zero day, we’re not encouraging the tick-box, productivity driven, busywork mentality.
Instead we are focusing our efforts on ensuring that we dedicate some of each and every day to the work that is important, meaningful, and aligned with the change we seek.
How else will we make progress on the important unless we give it time and attention.
So, whether it is a 0.05, 0.8 or 1.5 day, anything more than zero is taking us closer to where we are going.
I’m curious, how might you keep moving toward the change you seek?
