Work Matters

There are many ways to know if the work we do matters.

It might be evident in customers’ words and actions.

It might be discovered in feedback from fellow team members.

It might be recognised and rewarded in the workplace.

And, sometimes, it might be a feeling - deep down to our toes - that the effort and commitment is worth it.
