When it comes to how we humans learn, develop and grow, we know that telling, speaking at, teaching at people doesn’t work.
And, we know that providing the conditions and support for learning and growth does.
At the end of the week it is helpful to look back and ask, what have I learned? How have I developed and grown? How have I helped to nurture an environment that allows for learning and growth, for myself and those around me?
I believe the seeds of wisdom and insight sure make for a delightful garden, how about you?
