White Space

White space makes all the difference.

In the fields of visual arts, photography and design, one of the key lessons is the value of white space. White space offers room to breathe, and for the main features of art and design to shine.

What if we were to apply the lessons of white space to our work and life?

Because we know that the days where we have little breathing space in our calendar, body and brain, it can be overwhelming, unfocused and tiring.

A little white space restores the clarity, room for thought, deep practice and calm.

I know the type of day I’d prefer to be having. What about you? Might some white space in your days be what you need?
