Tiny Courages

A mountain of tiny courages.

This, from poet Darby Hudson, describes how we might step into change in our work or life.

Tiny courages might look like

Getting out of bed

Taking that first step

Asking for help

Starting that project

Reading that book

Helping a friend

Speaking up

Taking that course

Saying ‘yes’

Saying ‘no’

Saying ‘I don’t know’

Or any number of things that might seem easy for some but take courage for us.

And when we walk through our days, weeks, months and years practicing courage in a tiny way, it adds up to something big.

Yes, it takes courage for change to happen.

Imagine where a mountain of tiny courages might take you.
