Thwump. Thwack.

Thwump.

That’s the sound of my dog hitting the wall.

He, of course, does it on purpose as he runs up and down the hallway with his favourite toy.

Thwack.

That’s the sound of me hitting the proverbial wall.

It has been a week, and while I do try to avoid ending my week in this way, sometimes the wall is closer than you think.

And, unlike the dog who likes to repeat his thwumping over and over (for fun!), I’m going to take notice of the message the wall is sending my way.

Stop. Rest. Refresh.

How about you? What might you do to avoid that end-of-week wall?
