Sounds Logical

That sounds logical to me …

Of course it does.

Logic,

thinking,

expectations,

worldviews,

values,

beliefs,

knowledge,

skills,

and … the list continues,

are all things that vary between us humans.

It is what makes communication, collaboration, co-existence somewhat complex and uncertain. It can be the cause of conflict and division.

With curiosity and wonder, it is also what makes work and life interesting, meaningful and fulfilling.

When we find our own logic or [fill in the blank] butting against someone else’s, I’m curious how might we change frustration to curiosity as a pathway to connection?
