Show Up

Where are you?

If we don’t show up,

and shine through,

in our work

and life

then we must wonder if we are missing in action.

We might be hiding under the rules of culture, values, policy, and professionalism. We might believe the stories of ‘should’ that we are told. We might be afraid to be fully seen.

Of course, these are someone else’s rules. They don’t represent the only approach. We aren’t required to hide ourselves within the bland world of AI generated whatever and corporate-speak.

When we care about the work we do, the conviction to know we can make a difference, and the courage to be ourselves, we might just show up and make the change we seek to make.

I, for one, want to see a human-first world. How about you?
