Seize The Moment

Seize the moment.

He may not use these words, however, his actions belie them.

Because when I asked my son if our dog had stolen some food that was accidentally left within his reach, his response was, “why wouldn’t he!”

Indeed, dogs can teach us a thing or two about how to handle opportunities that come our way.

When we keep our eyes (and nose) open to the things we seek,

when we see them within our reach, and

when we are able to seize the moment,

why wouldn’t we!
