Proactive Change

Being proactive in our work, workplaces, and in life makes sense.

Yet we often wait for an impetus for change. It is usually only when things break, problems emerge, or worse we reach crisis point, that we are forced to take action.

Getting on the front foot of change is possible when we actively seek out feedback, reflect on what’s working well and what can be improved, and strive for better in all of our endeavours.

Growth mindset,

Life-long learning,

Continuous improvement,

Innovation,

Adaptability and agility,

Organisational learning.

However we might choose to describe it, being proactive with change is a healthy personal and organisational attribute.

As we look ahead to a new week, where might it be worth getting on the front foot of change?
