People Time

“People are an excellent use of time.”

A timely reminder from author Laura Vanderkam.

Too often we are looking for shortcuts and hacks, or ways to automate the people factor in our workplaces.

What we often end up with is dehumanised processes and culture.

When we reframe our thinking, and resultant practices, to reflect that investing time in people is always a good thing, we can find our way to a more human workplace.
