How often do you use the word, wow?
How often are you ‘wowed’?
When we follow the unspoken rules - ours or others - we might deem the word, wow, as being more appropriate for certain people, or places?
I do not often hear it said that we need more WOW in our workplaces.
Which leads me to ask: what workplace wouldn’t want a little more wow?
Wow is an expression of our curiosity in action. It arrives when we are experiencing wonder and awe. It shows up when we are engaged and interested in what we are doing. Wow moments happen when we are learning and growing.
Wow can bring us personal moments of satisfaction and joy, and it can create moments of connection in our team relationships.
WOW!
