Look, And Find

Who looks finds.

It seems such an obvious saying … and, yet.

How often do we find that no-one is looking?

How often do we observe the fear for what might be found?

How often do we realise the comfort of the status quo persists?

And, yet.

When we bring curiosity and care to our work and life, we can summon the courage to be the one who looks. We can support others to look, too.

And, we might just find the change that is possible.

Now there’s a great reason to look, don’t you agree.
