Little Things

The little things are often the big things.

Little things mean a lot to us.

Today, I’ve had the opportunity to see this in action.

In an everyday interaction, it was evident that the customer service employee’s values and behaviours were completely aligned. As the saying goes, they were walking the talk.

It was not in the big, flashy marketing things. Instead it was in the details. The little things that go unnoticed, unless we’re observant.

When we are curious about what we see, hear and feel, we find the little things.

And, they really are the big things.
