These are the skills needed to adapt and navigate the 21st century workplace, and world.

Beware the productivity-driven pressure to accept the obvious answer and simply tick a box. Resist the filling of our days - and our hearts and minds - so tightly that space for wondering, wandering, thinking and dot joining disappears. Embrace our natural human curiosity, ability to think wider and deeper, and our need for discovery.

After all, when we humans human, work and life will always be better.
