The clickbait title of the video was: An obvious kitchen trick.

I did not (nor did many commenting) find it obvious. Instead, I found myself discovering something new to try.

When we are communicating, teaching, or learning, it’s worth remembering that what is obvious to you may not be obvious to me.

That seems obvious … or does it?!
