I Need … Water

I need …

water!

My favourite house plant, with its droopy leaves, is quick to tell me when it needs something.

Just as water is important for a plant’s growth and health, providing support, guidance and opportunities for growth in our work - and life - is vital.

We humans get our water from open and ongoing conversations about what we need to thrive and perform at our best. In a healthy environment, we all carry a watering can, for ourselves, and others.

After all, we don’t want to wait until our droopy-ness is on full display.

I’m curious, how are you getting the water you need to thrive?
