Exploding Brain
It’s the exploding brain emoji.
That was the complete message I received from a friend. No more needed to be said, however, further messages gave ALL of the contributing reasons.
It often takes just one or two extra things to send us into the range of an exploding brain, and coincidentally, this is the point at which it is helpful to get it all out.
Writing a list,
Sharing it with others,
Perhaps even telling the dog.
Anything to alleviate the build up of TOO. MANY. THINGS. putting pressure on your brainpower.
The message an hour later from my friend sounded much calmer and relieved.
Sometimes we just have to let that brain of ours explode a little to get back on track, don’t you agree?!
