End Of An Era

Eras end.

Despite it being a natural part of life that things will come to an end, we often find these moments emotional.

When something finishes, unexpectedly or not, we can feel sad, despondent, frustrated, and angry.

It’s also an opportunity for gratitude and reflection.

Why was this important to me?

What contribution has it made to my life?

How have I changed as a result?

What will I carry forward into new eras?

You may find yourself at the end of an era, and as the saying goes, don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.

I’m smiling, how about you?
