Don’t-Know-It-All

Are you a don’t-know-it-all?

It’s a rhetorical question, of course, because it is impossible for any of us to know it all.

Although, I’m certain that like me, you have met many who behave as a know-it-all.

I’ve also met my fair share of curious work-it-out, ask-a-question, learn-it-all people, who are happy to identify as a don’t-know-it-all.

Our work and lives are complex, overloaded with information, and ever-changing.

It sure makes it more interesting to approach projects, problems and people with a curious, don’t-know-it-all perspective, don’t you agree?!
