Did. Did Not.

Did.

Or did not.

There is no cry.

This variation of Yoda’s wise words seem apt for the end of the working week.

We often find ourselves ending the week lamenting the state of our to-do lists, focusing on all left undone, and forgetting to acknowledge and celebrate all that we did achieve.

It is helpful to maintain a regular practice of

reflecting on the week that was,

using the feedback for learning and growth, and

adjusting our goals and practices accordingly.

With understanding and grace for what we did, and did not, might be just the way to end the week, don’t you agree.
