Decide Something

It’s said the first step is the hardest.

Often this comes in the form of a decision.

Will I?

Won’t I?

Do I want to?

Do I need to?

Am I ready?

What choice will I make?

It’s hard because (contrary to what many of us were told) there’s often more than one ‘right’ answer.

What if we found the relief in the choice, the freedom in having more than one option, and the opportunity in trying?

Then when we decide something - perhaps, anything - we take that first step and our change has begun.
