Between Time

Between times matter.

Often we find between times frustrating; a waste of time. Yet between times are useful.

There’s a between time when I’m waiting for my coffee.

There’s a between time when my device switches from wifi to mobile.

There’s a between time when I’m waiting for the start of a meeting.

There’s a between time while waiting at a traffic light.

And, on and on we could go, adding in all of the between times we experience in an average day.

When we reframe the between times to acknowledge - and celebrate - them as a moment to pause, to think, and to reflect, then our entire day can change.

I’m curious, how might the between times be a useful micro moment in your day?
