Autopilot Switch

Do you find yourself running on autopilot?

There’s much we humans do automatically as our brains and bodies search for the most efficient path through our days.

Autopilot is a benefit for all of those regular and routine parts of work and life. The things that don’t change much and just need to get done.

Of course, much of our work and life is complex and ever-changing, and for many of us, we are actively seeking growth, development and change.

Autopilot may not be our friend in these instances.

What if we flick the switch to intentional action: curiosity, focus and adaptation?

How might that shift us from the same ol’ way and closer to the change we seek to make?
